How Deliver Edits collects, uses, and protects your information
Effective date: July 13, 2026 Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Deliver Edits (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit deliveredits.com and use our services (the “Service”). It also describes your privacy rights and how to exercise them, and includes our Cookie Policy (Section 6). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us
Deliver Edits is an independent company and is the entity responsible for the Service. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@deliveredits.com. For purposes of applicable data protection law, Deliver Edits is the controller responsible for your personal information processed through the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, password, and profile details when you register or sign in.
- User content: the footage, images, audio, prompts, text, and settings you upload or enter to generate edits. This may incidentally include images or voices of identifiable people that you choose to include.
- Payment information: when you export or subscribe, billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact us, join a waitlist or beta, or respond to surveys.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, actions taken, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. See Section 6 (Cookie Policy).
- Analytics and advertising identifiers: we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which collect data about your interactions with the Service. See Sections 6 and 7. Sensitive information: We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as government IDs, health, biometric, or precise geolocation data). Please do not upload footage or content that reveals sensitive personal information unless you have the legal right and all necessary consents to do so.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service, including processing your footage and generating your edits;
- create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- process payments, exports, and subscriptions;
- communicate with you, including service messages, support, and, where permitted, marketing;
- monitor, analyze, and improve the Service, our features, and our AI systems and prompts;
- measure and attribute advertising and understand how people find and use the Service;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and violations of our Terms;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. AI Processing of Your Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated systems, including third-party AI providers, to interpret your prompts and to assemble, cut, sequence, and stylize your footage. To do this, your uploaded content and prompts are transmitted to and processed by these systems solely to generate your outputs and operate the Service. We do not sell your uploaded footage, and we do not use your private uploaded footage to train third-party generative AI models without your consent. We may use de-identified or aggregated usage information, and information about how the Service performs, to maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service. Our AI providers process your content under their own terms and safeguards; we select providers that commit to not using submitted content to train their general models except as needed to provide the service, but we do not control their practices and are not responsible for them.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (for EEA/UK users)
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract with you (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to secure, analyze, and improve the Service and to market responsibly), balanced against your rights; your consent (for example, for certain cookies, analytics, advertising, and marketing, which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy is part of this Privacy Policy. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), tags, software development kits, and browser local storage. Where required by law, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies through our cookie banner before setting them.
6.1 Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: required for the Service to work, including sign-in, session management, load balancing, and security. These cannot be switched off through our banner.
- Analytics and performance: help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics for this. Set only with consent where required.
- Advertising and measurement: used to measure marketing and, if and when we run ads, to deliver and attribute them and, where applicable, build audiences. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and may use Google advertising technologies. Set only with consent where required.
6.2 Managing your choices
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies, and change your preferences at any time, through our cookie banner and preference controls. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of certain advertising through the platform tools referenced below. Where legally required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works. We do not guarantee a response to “Do Not Track” signals, which are not standardized.
7. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Tools
Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, which may collect information about your device and your interactions with the Service and share it with Meta. This helps us measure and, if we advertise, deliver and attribute ads. Meta may combine this with data it holds. You can manage your choices in Meta’s ad settings and privacy tools. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand usage. Google may set cookies and process data, including a truncated form of your IP address, on our behalf. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on. Future advertising. We may or may not run paid advertising campaigns at different times. When we do, advertising platforms may use the cookies and pixels described above to serve, measure, and attribute ads and, where applicable, build audiences. We will honor applicable opt-out rights.
8. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers and processors: hosting and cloud storage, database and backend providers, AI providers, analytics providers, advertising and measurement platforms, payment processors, email and support tools — all to operate the Service under contract and on our instructions.
- Advertising and analytics partners: as described in Sections 6 and 7. Some sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “share” under certain U.S. state laws; you may opt out as described in Section 10.
- Legal and safety: to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests; to enforce our Terms; and to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, and us.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your direction or consent: for example, when you export, publish, or share your outputs.
9. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and elsewhere.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights: to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information; to obtain a portable copy; to opt out of targeted advertising, the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and certain profiling; to limit use of sensitive information; and to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, email us at info@deliveredits.com. You may also opt out of non-essential cookies and tracking through our cookie banner, and out of advertising cookies through the platform tools described above. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within the time frames the law allows (for example, within 45 days under several U.S. state laws, extendable where permitted). If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Authorized agents. Where the law allows, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require verification of the agent’s authority and your identity.
11. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Uploaded footage, drafts, and outputs may be deleted automatically after a period, when you delete them or your account, or as our systems require. Backups and legally required records may persist for a limited additional period. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important files.
12. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, appropriate to its nature and the risks involved. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and authorities as required by applicable law.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 13 for purposes of the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at info@deliveredits.com and we will delete it. Do not upload footage of minors unless you are their parent or guardian, or have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, and have the legal right to do so.
14. Notice to Specific U.S. State Residents
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Florida, and other states with privacy laws have the rights described in Section 10, subject to those laws. We do not sell personal information for monetary value. Certain uses of cookies and pixels for advertising and analytics may be treated as a “sale” or “share” (California) or as processing for “targeted advertising” (other states); you may opt out via our cookie banner, recognized opt-out signals, and the platform tools described above, or by emailing info@deliveredits.com. We do not knowingly process the personal data of consumers we know to be under the applicable age of consent for targeted advertising or sale.
15. Third-Party Links and Content
The Service may link to or embed third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy. We review and, where needed, refresh this Policy at least annually.
